5. How do I send my flowers to you?

Once you place a custom order, I’ll provide easy-to-follow shipping instructions. In general:

  • For fresh flowers, wrap them gently in dry paper towels and place them in a box with plenty of cushioning.
  • For dried flowers, package them carefully to avoid breakage.

You’re responsible for the shipping costs to send your flowers to me, but return shipping is included in your order price.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom and handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos, and I’ll make it right.

11. What if I need to cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, work may have already started on your piece.
