Flower Care and Shipping Instructions
Flower Care & Shipping Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare Your Flowers
- Trim about ½ to 1 inch off the bottom of each flower stem, cutting diagonally with clean, sharp scissors or clippers.
- Gently pat the stems dry to remove excess moisture.
- If your bouquet includes any special items (like ribbons, charms, or keepsakes), please remove those before packing.
Step 2 – Wrap for Protection
- Lightly wrap the entire bouquet in dry tissue paper or plain packing paper, similar to how flowers are wrapped at a florist.
- Avoid using plastic wrap, bubble wrap, or damp paper towels—these can trap moisture and lead to mold.
Step 3 – Pack Your Box
- Line the bottom of a sturdy box with crumpled tissue paper or packing paper to create a cushion.
- Place your wrapped flowers gently on top of the paper, then fill any empty spaces with more crumpled paper to keep the bouquet secure and prevent shifting during transit.
Step 4 – Label & Seal
- Seal the box securely with packing tape.
- Mark the box “FRAGILE” and make sure the outside is labeled with:
- Your Full Name (the name used to place the order)
- Order Number
- A Contact Phone Number
Step 5 – Ship Quickly
- Ship your flowers within 24-48 hours after your event to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
- For the fastest and most reliable service, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, especially if shipping over the weekend.
- Shipping Address will be provided after the Order is placed successfully.
